Dr. Zarabi is a lifestyle medicine physician, cancer survivor, and founder of L.I.F.E. by Dr. Zarabi™, a transformational health company that helps women improve healthspan and thrive through evidence-based lifestyle practices. Entering menopause at 21 after cancer treatment, she brings both medical expertise and lived experience to her work—guiding women with compassion and authority.
